  • FORTUNE has published its annual list of the premier U.S. companies.

     CB Richard Ellis has moved up 46 spots and stands at number 630 on the 2006 list. We are the only commercial real estate services company on the FORTUNE list, which ranks companies on the basis of total revenues.
  • We are also the only company in our industry to earn a spot on the FORBES 2000 list of the world's biggest public companies. This ranking is based on a composite of revenues, profits, assets and market
    value. We debuted on the FORBES Global 2000 at number 1,696.
  • CB Richard Ellis has been named No. 1 among the 25 leading firms profiled for 'Who's Who in the Buildings Market 2003' in the September 2003 issue of Buildings, a monthly publication produced by Stamats Building Media. According to the editors, 'CB Richard Ellis continues to leverage its unrivaled stable of intellectual capital with the technology and people resources to literally replace the age-old real estate mantra of 'location, location, location' with 'satisfaction, satisfaction, satisfaction.'
  • CBRE Global Research & Consulting - China team has been appointed to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study on behalf of the Luneng Yingda Group, (Shandong Province Power Corporation) for a mixed use complex providing 400,000 sq.m. which Luneng proposes to develop in a location along Dongdan in the Chaoyang District.

  • CBRE Residential Services - Hong Kong has been appointed as the sole leasing agent for 23 Repulse Bay Road.

  • CBRE Office Services - Beijing has signed the joint sole agency appointment for Beijing Capital Times Square with a mandate to lease out 12,000 sq.m. in 6 months.

  • CBRE Office Services - Bejing has been appointed as sole leasing agent for the 2nd phase of the Universal Business Park. The development, located near Lido Place in the Chaoyang District, will have a total gross floor area of 200,000 sq.m when fully developed.
  • CBRE Taiwan together with Yuan Ze University are proud to be co-organisers for the ' International Forum of Real Estate Securitization ' was held on 28 June, 2002 (Friday) at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Taipei. John Tofflemire, Director of Ikoma/CB Richard Ellis were invited to be one of the panel speakers on the subject of 'Japan's REIT Market: Past, Present and Future'
  • Andress Ness of Global Research & Consulting - Hong Kong, published an article titled 'Blue Skies for the Beijing Olympics' on the March-April issue of China Business Review.
  • CBRE Residential Services - Beijing has recently been appointed by BP China Limited as the sole agency for the Residential Services in Beijing.

  • CBRE Beijing has been awarded the Best Agent by Somerset Fortune Garden Serviced Apartment (part of The Ascott Group) for introducing the most number of clients with a plaque and RMB5,000 cash. Roussanov Svetoslav & May Ruan of Beijing office have been presented with round trips to Singapore.
  • As the Sole Leasing Agency, CBRE Shanghai has successfully achieved a lease commitment of 50% of Ocean Towers after three and a half months from building completion. The commitment rate of Shanghai Times Square has reached over 95% where the contract with Times Square will come to an end soon
