1. Executive Assistant (Ref.TP-RPM-2008-03)

Residential Project Marketing  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support/service for the department;
  • Handle office administration such as filing, mail sorting and database maintenance;
  • Prepare business correspondences, minutes, reports, proposals and other documents as instructed;
  • Manage telephone calls and schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls effectively;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and booking of hotel accommodation for managers; and 
  • Translate documents from English to Chinese and vice versa.

Requirements:  

  • High school graduate or above with formal secretarial training.  Candidates with an undergraduate degree will have a definite advantage; 
  • A minimum 5 years experience working in MNC and able to provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the department;
  • Proficient in MS Office with particular focus on PowerPoint, English typing and Chinese Word Processing; 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Ability to support multiple tasks at the same time without sacrificing quality of work, precision and accuracy;
  • Well organized in procedures and practices with strong time management skills; and
  • Candidates with solid experience, strong communication skills in dealing with senior management and prior exposure working in a multicultural setting highly preferable.  

2. Senior Project Manager / Project Manager (Ref.TP-PJM-2008-04)

Project Management   

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Project Director to coordinate and manage the activity of Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers appointed in connection with office expansion, contraction and relocation projects;
  • Provide day to day project management;
  • Assist in monitoring, controlling and reporting project progress;
  • Identify variations to the scope of works and implement a change management process;
  • Track expenditure and the cost of variations against the Plan;
  • Apply quality assurance procedures to the Project Management activities;
  • Tender or otherwise obtain quotations from Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers for each element of the works; and
  • Assess, negotiate, obtain approval and implement project variations and/or contractors claims.

Requirements:  

  • A degree in Building Surveying, Facility Management or Project Management;
  • Holding Professional Membership;
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the management of building construction consultancy;
  • Familiar with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and a generally high level of computer literacy;
  • Ability to work proactively and to coordinate multiple resources on multiple projects across a large geographical area;
  • Experience of working in multi-cultural environment;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills; and
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.

3. Senior Manager (Ref. TP-CON-2008-26)
CBRE Consulting

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct feasibility studies relating to development and redevelopment opportunities;
  • To manage investment consultancy projects independently by working and coordinating with colleagues;
  • To consolidate and compile research findings;
  • To liaise with clients and work with consultants of different disciplines;
  • To assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments; and
  • To provide following professional consultancy:

Ø           Real Estate Market Study

Ø           Land Development Strategic Consultancy

Ø           Portfolio Optimization and Strategic Planning

Ø           Emerging Market Strategies

Ø           Strategic Location Analysis

Ø           Headquarter Solutions

Ø           Urban Re-development Study.

Requirements:

Ø           A minimum of 8 years’ working experience with 3 years in area of real estate development;

Ø           Master Degree or above, majored in real estate, architecture, urban planning, business management or economics;

Ø           Proficiency in English and Chinese writing with fluent Mandarin and English communication skills;

Ø           Familiar with MS office operation – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;

Ø           Able to lead a task force, goal oriented and self-motivated;

Ø           Professional license in architecture, valuation, or finance would be an advantage;

Ø           Flexible to work overtime when necessary; and

Ø           Flexible to travel overseas when necessary.
