Taipei – CBRE is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Li to the role of Head of Capital Markets, Greater China. Mr Li will be joining CBRE in mid-December and joins from JLL where he was previously Head of Capital Markets, China and International Director.
In this newly-created role, Mr Li will head the Greater China Capital Markets team, with capital markets teams across all geographies in Greater China reporting in to him. Greater China includes China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
He will be based in Shanghai.
