Hong Kong, 26 March 2014 – CBRE Group Inc. today announced that Daniel Queenan has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific region. The appointment, which is effective immediately, was announced by Robert Blain, CBRE’s Executive Chairman, Asia Pacific.
Mr. Queenan has previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Asia Pacific region. In this role, he has worked closely with Mr. Blain and CBRE’s country, regional business line and shared services leaders to drive growth, premier client service and excellence in all aspects of the Asia Pacific business.
With his expanded role, Mr. Queenan will assume responsibility for the operational management of the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Blain will continue to serve as Executive Chairman with overall responsibility for the Asia Pacific region. His focus will be on the strategic development of the business, with particular emphasis on client care and development, cross-border activity and capital markets.
