J.D. Graves is a member of the Industrial Service’s team in the CBRE Indianapolis office specializing in tenant and landlord representation, industrial property acquisition and disposition, as well as site selection and build-to-suit services.
J.D. Graves joined CBRE, Inc. in 2005 and has distinguished himself by establishing individual relationships with clients and is driven to put his clients first, always. J.D.’s clients range from central Indiana businesses to multi-market corporate users as well as institutional owners. As a trusted advisor, his strong interpersonal and analytical skills combined with his extensive knowledge of the local and national markets enables him to provide strategic advice to an extensive and impressive base of clients.
J.D. has been involved in over 800 transactions totaling over $1.4 billion dollars of consideration.
J.D. and his wife have three children and reside in Zionsville, Indiana where they attend Zionsville Fellowship Church.
